Return and Exchange

We at CarromdaMarc0 want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, here's how we proceed:

Return:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchange:

Exchanges are possible within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can send you a replacement. However, you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs.
